De Broodbakvorm van Emile Henry verklapt u het geheim van het bakken van overheerlijk brood. Het vuurvaste keramiek, de gaten in het deksel en de regulering van de luchtvochtigheid in de schaal tijdens het bakken zorgen voor een krokante korst en een zachte binnenkant van het brood. De vorm en de randen staan garant voor een perfecte broodvorm, waarbij sommige soorten meel, zoals glutenvrij meel, wel wat ondersteuning voor en tijdens het bakken nodig hebben. Het brood is knapperig zonder het eruit te hoeven nemen tijdens het bakken en zonder een kom water in de oven te hoeven plaatsen. Geleverd in een extra stevige internetverpakking.
