Dreumex Special is een oplosmiddelvrije handreinigingspasta die geschikt is voor middelzware tot zware vervuilingen. Het kan gebruikt worden om smeermiddelen, diesel, remvloeistof, cement en roest te verwijderen. Deze pasta is met name geschikt voor gebruik in garages, werkplaatsen en industrieën. Het kan gebruikt worden op natte handen en heeft extra reinigingskracht dankzij huidvriendelijke scrubbers. De pasta is dermatologisch getest en goedgekeurd. Het is bijzonder geschikt voor gebruik in de automobiel-, bouw- en metaalindustrie. Naast de 550 ml pot is het product ook verkrijgbaar in een kleine 500 gr flacon met pomp, handzame 550 gr pot, can met pomp (2,7 kg), pot met pomp (2,8 kg), One2clean dispenser systeem cartridge (2,8 kg) en 4,5 liter blik.
