Blanke uitvoering uit poedermetallurgisch snelstaal met cobalt-toevoeging (HSS-E PM) voor een nog bredere inzetbaarheid. Dit unieke basismateriaal biedt de perfecte combinatie van hardheid en taaiheid en combineert zo hoge toelaatbare snijsnelheden en een betrouwbaar proces. Tevens is EP00 voorzien van schilaansnijding voor het beter aansnijden van het gat en voortstuwen van de spaan. Deze machinetap is geschikt voor schroefdraad tot 2,5xD. Tevens zijn de bouwmaten conform DIN 374-normering.
