Ze zijn gemaakt van vliegtuig kwaliteit staal en bieden een economisch en herbruikbaar alternatief voor het vervangen van een complete dropout. De Wide Dropout Saver past op uitvaleinden met een dikte van 7mm of meer, terwijl de Narrow Dropout Saver past op uitvaleinden met een dikte van 7mm of minder.
