Deze IEC / coax T-adapter is bedoeld voor het splitsen van een antennesignaal naar twee apparaten. Met deze coax splitter kunnen twee apparaten worden aangesloten op één antenneaansluiting. De adapter verdeelt één antennesignaal naar twee uitgangen, zodat meerdere apparaten gebruik kunnen maken van dezelfde antenne. De adapter is voorzien van een 90° IEC aansluiting. Dit is vooral praktisch bij beperkte ruimte, bijvoorbeeld achter een radio, tuner of ander apparaat dat dicht tegen de muur staat.
