Ontdek het geheime ministerie… Nina is een avontuurlijk meisje van 11 jaar dat niet van stilzitten houdt. Haar vader is postbode en als hij op een dag een brief aan het mysterieuze Ministerie van Oplossingen mee naar huis neemt, schreeuwt die er natuurlijk om gelezen te worden. De brief is van de 9-jarige Ruben die op school gepest wordt door de gemene Sophia en haar vriendinnen. Hij hoopt dat het ministerie hem kan helpen dit op te lossen. Nina besluit dan om samen met haar beste vriendin, Alfa, Ruben te gaan helpen, aangezien zo’n ministerie natuurlijk niet echt bestaat. Maar dankzij Ruben en zijn stokoude buurvrouw ontdekken ze dat ze zich daarin vergissen: er heeft wel degelijk een Ministerie van Oplossingen bestaan. Ze kunnen zelfs meehelpen aan het opnieuw oprichten ervan, als Sophia hun geheim tenminste niet ontdekt…
