De Carrera RC Steam Rider is een stijlvolle snelheidsmachine uitgerust met stoomfunctionaliteit die met een druk op de knop op de controller kan worden geactiveerd door de bestuurder. Racers vanaf 6 jaar kunnen water in de Steam Rider gieten voordat ze de weg op gaan. De Steam Rider zorgt voor sensatie met racesnelheden tot 15 km/uur en opvallende speciale effecten. Dankzij de speciale LED-verlichting is het zowel overdag als 's nachts een echte blikvanger. De Steam Rider verwarmt de weg gedurende maximaal 20 minuten voordat de LiFePo4-batterij een oplaadpauze van 90 minuten neemt.
