De Schwalbe Marathon Original is de oervader van alle hoogwaardige tourbanden. Met een GreenGuard-laag van 3 mm dik gemaakt van extreem elastisch natuurlijk rubber, biedt deze band uitstekende bescherming tegen lekrijden. De GreenGuard-laag bevat ook gerecyclede latexproducten, waardoor het een milieuvriendelijke keuze is. De Anti-Aging zijwand zorgt ervoor dat de band bestand is tegen overbelasting en voorkomt scheurtjes, zelfs bij een te lage bandenspanning. De Schwalbe Marathon Original heeft een inch maat van 26 x 1 3/8 en een ETRTO maat van 37-590. Deze band is speciaal ontworpen voor e-bikes met een snelheid tot 25 km/u.
