Brooks handvatten van lederen ringen. De grepen zijn gemaakt van natuurlijk leer. Elke grip is gemaakt uit een stapel leren ringen gesneden uit restanten van de zadeldekjes. De ringen worden bijeen gehouden door 3 spaken, waardoor de handgreep aan te passen is aan de gewenste lengte. De standaard lengte is 130mm, maar elke handgreep is onafhankelijk in te korten tot de gewenste lengte.
