De Bradley 4 rack Digital Smoker is een rookoven, compleet met de bijbehorende rookgenerator. De aromahout bisquetten roken 20 minuten per keer stuk, zodat de temperatuur niet schommelt. Hierdoor worden gassen, zuren en harsen bij hoge temperatuur vermeden, die de smaak van het gerookte voedsel zouden kunnen aantasten. De Bradley Smoker produceert smakelijke gerechten zonder een storende nasmaak. Terwijl andere rookovens een constante controle vereisen, produceert de Bradley Rookoven automatisch schone, koele rook, tot 8 uur lang, veilig en zonder interventie, volgens het motto "Set it and forget it".
