De lader schakelt automatisch uit wanneer de maximale laadcapaciteit is bereikt. Dankzij de eigenschap van een batterij om zichzelf langzaam te ontladen, zal de spanning geleidelijk afnemen. De smart lader schakelt automatisch over naar druppelladen wanneer de batterij 75% bereikt, waardoor de batterij in beweging blijft en in goede conditie blijft."
