De Ass Savers Mudder is een lichtgewicht voorspatbord dat aan de vork wordt bevestigd en speciaal is ontwikkeld om je gezicht en het balhoofd te beschermen tegen opspattend water, modder en zand tijdens gravel- en mountainbikeritten. Het spatbord is gemaakt van dun, buigzaam polypropyleen dat met verstelbare, antislip banden eenvoudig aan de vorkbrug wordt bevastigd en op zijn plaats blijft zitten, zelfs op hobbelig terrein. Met een gewicht van slechts enkele tientallen grammen valt het nauwelijks op, maar het voorkomt wel dat je bril besmeurd raakt en dat vuil in de lagers van je balhoofd terechtkomt.
