De Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 A-RGB is een multi-compatibele alles-in-één waterkoeler met RGB-verlichting. De Liquid Freezer II combineert de efficiënte PWM-pomp van de Liquid Freezer II met RGB-fans die zijn geoptimaliseerd voor statische druk. Dit levert een totaal andere esthetiek op met een extreem laag geluidsniveau en even lage temperaturen. Het gezoem van de waterpomp is verminderd en het rendement ervan verhoogd. Net als de andere componenten is ook deze PWM-gestuurd. Dit resulteert in een veel lager geluidsniveau bij lage en typische belastingen, maar ook in een veel lager stroomverbruik.
