Daarnaast beschikt de Altec Trend niet alleen over één handrem, maar ook een terugtraprem. Je hoeft dus niet te kiezen en kunt altijd veilig en daadkrachtig afremmen. Deze fiets heeft geen versnellingen en een gesloten kettingkast. Daardoor is deze ook nog eens relatief laag in onderhoud. Het frame van deze topper is bovendien gemaakt van staal. Dit materiaal is enorm stevig en kan wel tegen een stootje. Wil je dat de fiets zo min mogelijk roest? Dan raden we je aan deze zoveel mogelijk binnen te stallen of gebruik te maken van een handige fietshoes. Ook zou je het frame in kunnen spuiten met een blanke lak.
