Bijzondere KenmerkenVoor een langere levensduur van jouw luchtgereedschap gebruik je speciale pneumatische gereedschaps-olie. Deze olie beschermt het pneumatische gereedschap voor slijtage en zorgt er ook voor dat alles soepel verloopt. De olie kruipt goed door de machine en hierdoor klontert het ook niet. Een andere eigenschap van deze olie is de bescherming tegen corrosie en roestvorming. De olie heeft namelijk de classificatie ISO VG 32. Dit betekent ook dat de olie een goede waterafscheider is, waardoor slijtage verminderd wordt. Hoe te gebruikenPneumatisch gereedschap wordt aangesloten op een persluchtsysteem of los direct gekoppeld aan de compressor door een luchtslang. Bij een persluchtsysteem is vaak een olie vernevelaar aanwezig. Bij directe aansluiting op de compressor werkt het anders, want de olie moet dan namelijk in de machine gegoten worden bij de luchtingang. Het hangt er net vanaf hoeveel er in gegoten moet worden, maar vaak is dit slecht één theelepel. Het olie loopt dan na de pneumatische koppeling niet in de compressor, maar blijft in het gereedschap.
