Deze RP-SMA stekker naar SMA stekker adapter van Delock is bedoeld voor het verbinden van RF-componenten binnen radiofrequentietoepassingen. De adapter wordt gebruikt in situaties waarin apparatuur met een RP-SMA aansluiting gekoppeld moet worden aan apparatuur met een SMA aansluiting. De uitvoering met een RP-SMA male connector aan de ene zijde en een SMA male connector aan de andere zijde is geschikt voor gebruik binnen 50 ohm RF-systemen. Hierdoor kan de adapter worden toegepast bij antennes, RF-modules, meetapparatuur en draadloze communicatieapparatuur. De uitvoering met een vergulde messing behuizing en een interne schroefdraad van 1/4" - 36 UNS - 2B is geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij een stabiele elektrische verbinding en een compacte bouwvorm van belang zijn.
