Beschrijving Deze coaxkabel is bedoeld voor het doorgeven van RF- en videosignalen via een BNC aansluiting. De kabel is uitgevoerd met BNC male naar BNC male connectoren en komt voor bij apparatuur met een BNC-interface. De kabel heeft een coaxiale kabelconstructie op basis van RG58 met een karakteristieke impedantie van 50 Ω. Deze constructie komt veel voor bij RF-signalen, meetapparatuur en communicatieverbindingen. De BNC-connectoren beschikken over een bajonetsluiting, waardoor de stekkers stevig op de aansluiting worden vastgedraaid en een stabiele verbinding ontstaat. De kabel beschikt over een dubbele afscherming die helpt om storingen van buitenaf te beperken. De ronde kabelconstructie met een PVC mantel beschermt de interne geleider en afscherming tegen mechanische belasting.
