Inside Job is een bijna coöperatief kaartspel, waarin iedere speler een geheime rol heeft. Iedereen is agent, op één na, de infiltrant. Die probeert onopgemerkt de missies van de agenten te saboteren. De agenten winnen als ze voldoende missies hebben volbracht, terwijl de infiltrant wint als hij voldoende koffers heeft verzameld. Lukt dat zowel de agenten als de infiltrant niet, dan moet een stemming uitkomst bieden. De agenten winnen dan als de infiltrant de meeste stemmen krijgt!
