Wat schattig! De baby-kristaldraak heeft schubben op zijn borst die op hartjes lijken en een vriendelijke glimlach op zijn gezicht. Het jong heeft een prachtige vacht en veren op zijn vleugels: hemelsblauw met lichtroze accenten. Bijzonder mooi: zijn voorhoofd en veren zijn bestrooid met glitters. Geen wonder dat hij zo mooi is - zijn vader, de kristaldraak, is dat ook! Hij ziet er heel tevreden uit, de baby-kristaldraak. Hij heeft net vliegles gehad van zijn vader, de grote kristaldraak, en hij heeft al heel wat vooruitgang geboekt. Hoewel hij nog maar klein is, heeft hij al een paar trucjes in de lucht kunnen doen met zijn mooie, pastelkleurige glittervleugels. De loop lukte hem nog niet helemaal, maar de duikvlucht ging des te beter. Goed gedaan!
