Door zijn lage viscositeit en zijn capillariteit dringt het product door in bevestigde schroefdraden zodat demontage vóór het aanbrengen overbodig is. Het product hardt uit bij afwezigheid van lucht tussen nauw aansluitende metalen oppervlakken en verhindert loskomen en lekkage door schokken en vibraties. Het product vult ook poriën in lasnaden, gietstukken en onderdelen van gesinterd metaal.
