Dit spel is geïnspireerd op de populaire internet-challenges met miljoenen views. Test of jij onder druk het hoofd koel kunt houden. Zet de hartslagmeter op je hoofd en laat de tegenspeler(s) met de dobbelsteen rollen om te bepalen hoe hij jouw koelbloedigheid gaat testen. De tegenspeler kan bijvoorbeeld de opdracht krijgen om heel dicht bij te komen en aan je te snuffelen of naar je te knorren. Als je hierop reageert – door te lachen, terug te deinzen etc. – kan je hartslag omhooggaan en de meter oplopen. Je denkt misschien dat jij je reacties wel zult weten te verbergen, maar de hartslagmeter laat precies zien wat je vanbinnen voelt! Als de meter te hoog oploopt, kleuren de lampjes rood, gaat het alarm af en heeft de tegenspeler de ronde gewonnen door jouw hoofd op hol te brengen. Vanaf 2 spelers
