Install the saddle on your bike. 2. Place your bike on a stationary bike trainer. 3. Connect the magnetic heating unit to the power supply and connect it to the saddle. 4. Switch on the heating unit and pedal for about 3 - 5 minutes. Detailed information on the procedure and duration can be found in the scope of delivery. 5. When the saddle has heated up, switch off the heating unit and continue riding for about 6 minutes while you regularly change your sitting position until the saddle has cooled down. 6. Once the saddle has cooled down, you're done. If you are not yet satisfied with the sitting comfort, you can easily repeat the moulding process after a short waiting period.
