De dubbelwandige pot van HI is perfect als je de bain-mariemethode wilt gebruiken om een speciaal recept te bereiden of om wat eten op te warmen.
Om deze dubbele pan te gebruiken, vul je de onderste pan met een of twee centimeter water. Voeg vervolgens de gewenste samenstelling toe aan de bovenste pan en zet je kookplaat aan. Terwijl het water opwarmt en er stoom vrijkomt, wordt de stoom gevangen tussen de twee pannen. Dit verwarmt vervolgens het voedsel in de bovenste pan.
De HI bain-mariepot is gemaakt van roestvrij staal en heeft een fluitketelfunctie. Hij is perfect om de chocolade die je wil toevoegen aan een verjaardagstaart te smelten!
