Het zwarte thermische onderbrekingselement elimineert koudebruggen effectief en beschermt tegen schimmel en warmteverlies. Met een voorgemonteerde EPDM-afdichting is de bevestiging weerbestendig tot windkracht 11 (orkaanachtige storm) en tot 3 mm verplaatsing volgens DIN EN 12155, en beschermt ze tegen slagregen. Dankzij de ETA-goedkeuring is de duurzame ResiTHERM 16 bevestiger geschikt voor een breed scala aan ondergronden en toepassingen, zoals zonneschermen, luifels, Franse balkons, satellietschotels, airconditioningsunits en meer. De toepassing is flexibel en kan isolatiediktes overbruggen van 60-300 mm in beton, 60-280 mm in cellenbeton of volle baksteen en 60-250 mm in geïsoleerde geperforeerde baksteenwanden.
