Deze additieven-technologie beschermt de transmissie tegen metaal-op-metaalcontact onder de meest zware omstandigheden, zelfs bij zware schokbelastingen. Eurol HPG Gear Oil bevat additieven die een dun filmlaagje op de oppervlakken achterlaten en daardoor corrosie voorkomen. Bovendien hebben de 80W-90 en de 85W-140 grades een goede vloeibaarheid bij lage temperaturen waardoor de olie in alle seizoenen optimaal presteert. Eurol HPG Gear Oil heeft een uitstekende stabiliteit tegen oxidatie en veroudering en tast afdichtingen niet aan. Eurol HPG Gear Oil wordt aanbevolen voor hypoïd-overbrengingen, naafreducties, verdeelbakken, tandwielkasten, aftakassen en differentiëlen, waar API GL-5 , MIL-L 2105D en Mack GO-G worden aanbevolen, terwijl de 85W-90 ook ingezet kan worden waar MB 235.0 is voorgeschreven.
