De Brooks Slender leren handvatten zijn gemaakt van plantaardig gelooid leer. Deze handvatten zijn ontworpen voor comfort en duurzaamheid. Het leer wordt op zijn plaats gehouden door stevige aluminium en stalen klemmen, waardoor ze stevig op het stuur blijven zitten. Met een lengte van 130mm aan de linkerkant en 100mm aan de rechterkant, passen deze handvatten op de meeste standaard sturen.
