Bevestigen en vastschroeven als een schroef, voor het vastschroeven is een inbouwspil voldoende, die qua afmetingen vergelijkbaar is met een tap. Indien doorlopende schroefdraad vereist is, kan de tang na de installatie worden afgesneden bij de inkeping (vooraf bepaald breekpunt).
