De Steco Retro-voordrager is een vaste voordrager voor 28 inch-fietsen, uitgevoerd in chroom. De drager wordt aan de voorzijde van de fiets gemonteerd met een kroonboutbevestiging en is opgebouwd uit stalen buis met een diameter van 13 mm. De voordrager is voorzien van een veerklem waarmee bagage op de drager kan worden vastgezet. Daarnaast beschikt het model over een koplamphouder. De drager is niet verstelbaar en heeft een maximale belastbaarheid van 15 kg. De Steco Retro-voordrager voldoet aan de ISO 11243-norm voor bagagedragers.
