Dit maakt het makkelijk voor beginners om hun balans te houden. Het touw is erg goed voor het versterken van de beenspieren, buikspieren en core spieren. De slackline is ook een leuke manier om de balans te verbeteren en om acrobatische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
