Alles is voorbereid en Hannahs westernavontuur kan beginnen: De Paint-ruin draagt zijn westernzadel en hoofdstel, Hannah haar cowboyhoed. Op de weide liggen de hindernissen klaar en ook de drie vaten zijn opgebouwd. Nu kunnen ze laten zien wat ze waard zijn! Eindelijk is het zover – Hannahs westernavontuur begint! Ze wil met haar trouwe Paint-ruin deelnemen aan Barrel Racing. Voor dit toernooi hebben ze hard geoefend. Op de manege staan de drie vaten al klaar. Het doel: met haar paard wil ze deze vaten zo snel mogelijk in een vaste volgorde omcirkelen. Zijn ze snel genoeg om te winnen? Maar voor het toernooi begint, rijdt Hannah met haar Paint-ruin een paar rondjes om warm te worden en laat ze hem over een paar hindernissen springen. Ze draagt natuurlijk een cowboyhoed en zit in het westernzadel. Ze zien er toch geweldig uit?
