Deze ontwikkelaar heeft een percentage van 3% oftewel 10 VOL. De Cream Developer is wat dikker dan de Liquid Developer. Hierdoor is de Cream wat makkelijker te mixen en blijft het mengsel beter op de aangebrachte plek zitten. Ook loopt het mengsel minder snel in de ogen tijdens het verven van de wimpers. De RefectoCil Blonde Brow kan enkel gebruik worden met de Oxidant Cream. De verpakking heeft een inhoud van 100ml en is goed voor ongeveer 200 toepassingen. De Oxidant Cream is werkzaam tot de laatste druppel. Raadpleeg altijd de verpakking bij gebruikt van dit product.
