De personagekaarten worden verdeeld onder de spelers, zonder dat de andere spelers ze zien. De doolhofkaarten worden willekeurig op het speelbord geplaatst en de eerste speler gebruikt de extra kaart om de eerste muur te verplaatsen. Het is aan jou om de muren strategisch te verplaatsen, zodat je Stitch kunt verzamelen en tegelijkertijd het pad voor de andere spelers blokkeert.
