AntwerpenVolgens een oude legende heeft Antwerpen haar naam te danken aan de Romeinse soldaat Silvius Brabo. Hij hakte de hand af van de verschrikkelijke reus Druon Antigoon en wierp deze in de Schelde. Hand Werpen werd Antwerpen. Of je het gelooft of niet, de Antwerpenaren hebben er een standbeeld voor opgericht! Al meer dan honderd jaar staat Silvius Brabo doodstil in werphouding op de Grote Markt. Maar gelukkig heeft tekenaar Fleroux met een knipoog een einde gemaakt aan deze situatie: De hand wordt nu eindelijk in de Schelde geworpen! Er staan nog meer beroemde Antwerpenaren op de puzzel. Je kunt zien hoe de schilder Rubens te werk ging en ook zie je een paar hedendaagse Antwerpse beroemdheden. En natuurlijk zijn onze vaste gasten Bob en Nancy ook weer van de partij.
