Op traditionele raspen kun je alleen in één richting raspen, dat kost dus twee keer zoveel tijd. De parmezaanrasp van Leifheit heeft een speciaal snijvlak, dat raspen in twee richtingen mogelijk maakt: daardoor rasp je Parmezaanse kaas heel eenvoudig en dubbel zo snel. De geraspte kaas valt in een geïntegreerde beker. Door de bijzondere vorm van deze beker kun je de geraspte kaas exact doseren. Bijzonder handig en decoratief design. De rasp ligt goed in de hand en kan liggend of staand worden bewaard. Met opvangbeker, ook geschikt voor bewaren van restjes kaas. Vaatwasserbestendig.
