The base is a rubber mixture of hard Standard Rubber Compound (SRC), covered by soft RSR compound. This rubber compound offers better performance as the harder and more durable SRC layer acts as a firm base for and supports the softer RSR layer. Together they form a compound that provides better control and longer durability. EMC: E-Mountain bike Casing This is the first tyre carcass on the market specifically designed for the specific needs and requirements of E-mountain bikes: a reinforced layer of woven synthetic fibre and additional puncture protection insert.
