Het oscillerende mes past zich optimaal aan de contouren van het voedsel aan en garandeert economisch schillen met minimaal schilverlies. Met het geslepen mesje verwijder je snel en moeiteloos beschadigde plekken zoals de zogenaamde 'oogjes' op aardappelen.
