Rookhoutkorrels voegen een heerlijk aroma en die extra rooksmaak toe aan uw barbecue gerechten. Legde gewenste hoeveelheid rookhoutkorrels in een aromabox of op een grillschaal en plaats deze op het grillrooster of op de aromaboxhouder. Als de barbecue een korrelhouder heeft dan kunnen de rookhoutkorrels daarin gelegd worden. Tijdens het grillen met rookhoutkorrels kan de deksel van de barbecue het beste gesloten blijven. Om de rooksmaak te variëren en een grotere intensiteit te bereiken kunnen de rookduur en vermenging van de standaard rookhoutkorrels met gearomatiseerde rookhoutkorrels aangepast worden.
