De van 9 liter cocopeat is een bodembedekking voor terraria met reptielen of spinnen en omgevingen waarin een hoge luchtvochtigheid gewenst is, zoals sommige hagedissen of slangen. Dit natuurlijke, organische product zet door de toevoeging van water uit tot het zeven- of achtvoudige van zichzelf. De kokosvezel houd zeer goed en lang vocht vast en is zo perfect om te gebruiken in regenwoudterraria, vochtige schuilplaatsen en andere omgevingen waar de luchtvochtigheid constant hoog moet zijn. Natuurlijk is het ook mogelijk de aarde langer te laten drogen en het in drogere terraria te gebruiken. Door de zachte structuur is de kokosvezel prettig voor het dier en is er geen kans dat het grote stukken inslikt bij het vangen van de prooi.
De kokosvezel van Trixie Reptiland is hittebehandeld en schimmelvrij en bovendien vrij van meststoffen. Natuurlijk, veilig en makkelijk in gebruik dus!
