Het karkas is geweven met 60 draden per inch en dat geeft een stevigheid en souplesse die normaliter alleen toegepast wordt bij mountainbike- en racebanden. Daarnaast heeft CST een speciaal anti-lek systeem toegepast dat beter is dan nagenoeg alle andere technieken. Een geweven laag en een rubberen laag zijn boven elkaar aangebracht.
