Dit nokkenas uitlijngereedschap is ideaal voor het plaatsen en vastzetten van beide nokkenassen op de BDP (bovenste dode punt) bij het vervangen van de distributieriem. Het gereedschap is geschikt voor 2,4 L, 2,7 L en 2,8 L motoren met 5 kleppen per cilinder in voertuigen zoals een Audi A4, A6, A8, A4 en een VW Passat.
De meegeleverde vergrendelpin wordt gebruikt om de krukas op de TDC positie te vergrendelen bij het vervangen van de distributieriem of het verwijderen van de krukas-bout.
