What is MIK? MIK (Mounting Is Key) is a mounting system on the luggage carrier that makes it easy to change bicycle accessories. The system was launched in 2017 and the developers have been in contact with Polisport from the beginning because there was a desire for a bicycle seat with MIK system. Polisport certainly saw the benefits of the system's ease of use, but safety is always a priority when transporting children. So a stronger system had to be created and so we continued to develop together with MIK HD as a result. Polisport's Bubbly Maxi MIK child seat can be mounted on the rear MIK luggage carrier of your bicycle or a normal luggage carrier with MIK mounting adapter. The rear carrier of your bicycle must comply with the ISO11243 -120 TO 175 mm standard, and must be able to support a weight of up to 25 kg, in order to make it suitable for this bicycle seat. Your luggage carrier tubes must have a diameter of ø10 to 16 mm.
