This helmet has been tested and approved according to the European standard EN1078 - "Helmets for pedal cyclists and for users of skateboards and roller skates.". The helmet should be kept away from heat sources (do not leave it in the car or in any other place exposed to direct or indirect sunlight). High temperatures lead to the deterioration of the helmet and consequent loss of its properties (namely the absorption of energy); this means it is covered by any Polisport warranty. The maximum temperature the helmet can be exposed to is 50°C (112°F);
The helmet should only be cleaned with water and a soft cloth. The use or application of sprays or cleaners, chemicals (including ammonia) and solvents may lead to the deterioration of the helmet's performance (and loss of warranty).
