The Falcon Eyes flash umbrella UR-32T is provided with a white, translucent (diffuse) fabric. The umbrella can be used to reflect soft light (indirect lighting), but it is also possible to flash through the material, giving it a softbox effect (direct lighting). Compared to a softbox, you have slightly more light distribution, and therefore more light loss.
